Primary restrictive nonhypertrophied cardiomyopathy is a rare form of cardiomyopathy with a poor prognosis
and the highest rate of sudden cardiac death. We describe a rare case of this type of cardiomyopathy in which
sudden cardiac death occurred in the hospital during investigation.
