Zyiad Kh, Ahmad Kh, Hala H and Salem Kh
A 26-year-old woman who became pregnant by IVF-ICSI was diagnosed with heterotopic cervical pregnancy. She presented to the emergency department with vaginal bleeding at 5 weeks and 6 days of age and underwent meticulous intracervical gestational sac reduction using ring forceps under ultrasound guidance. The postoperative course was uneventful and the intrauterine pregnancy proceeded healthily. We review the literature to suggest the best treatment for a successful pregnancy.
