Congenital upper airway syndrome (CHAOS) includes laryngeal atresia and tracheal agenesis, which are rare and potentially fatal conditions. We describe a newborn with laryngeal atresia and tracheal agenesis with a distal tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF). He also had a double right ventricular outlet (DORV) and a persistent left superior vena cava (LSVC). To our knowledge, this is the first report of this association.
